Yes.. Energy consumption rate of mining currencies especially bitcoin have been a very big major issue. I am glad 4new is coming to take that problem away.
Yea, the consumption of energy in the blockchain industry is so huge that it is proportional to the consumption of a country, that's pretty much and needs alternative source
