Ich habe für euch heute den Gasometer in Oberhausen mitgebracht.
I have brought the gasometer in Oberhausen for you today.
Er ist ein altes Industriedenkmal und die höchste Ausstellungshalle in Europa.
It is an old industrial monument and the highest exhibition hall in Europe.
Mit einer Höhe von 117 Metern und einem Durchmesser von 68 Metern.
With a height of 117 meters and a diameter of 68 meters.
Der Gasometer wurde zwischen 1927 und 1929 erbaut.
The gasometer was built between 1927 and 1929.
Heute dient er für Ausstellungen und Veranstaltungen.
Today he serves for exhibitions and events.

Ich selbst bin im Ruhrgebiet aufgewachsen und freue mich nun, so schöne Foto zu sehen. Da bekomme ich doch fast heimweh.
