I got five free tickets to watch the Formula E GP in Monaco during 2015. I was really excited to see what was this new motorsport Formula. Even more, it was a free stuff so it is more than nice to at least be present.

So this was my experience. Cars are not fast like a F1, they have a noise of a toy. They are longer but more strict and the batteries... Well better to do not say a word. My Duracel have more stamina. In fact, during the race, they have to stop and change the car after just 15 or 20 laps because they can not finish the entire race: they would remain without energy. Pit stop are something impossible so pilots have to jump out and move into the other cars. I was in front of the box and quite frankly it is a ridiculous show, they need at least 3 minutes to complete this operation... Sometimes even 5 or 6 minutes: in Formula 1 you would simply drop-out.

After having experienced a F1 GP with refueling and change of tyres, I have to say Formula E can not be compared at all with that kind of show. The first time you listen and see the shadow full of color of a F1 launched at 300 km/h you can not come back. The shock is amazing and impossible to forget (mainly for your ears). The first time you watch a Formula E crossing you, there is plenty of time to read any label on the chassis.

Sorry but this is not funny at all!
