F1 and it's feeder series - Should it become electric?

With Vehicle emissions become a issue to target globally, Some Companies have gone fully electric and some have gone hybrid. F1 is going to try biofuels but emissions can pollute the planet and biofuels maybe one but Battery power alone maybe another so here's my suggest step by step plan.

Step 1: Formula 3
With Formula 3 races lasting the laps of the race distance or 45 minutes whatever comes first, it's safe to say that they should replace the Dallara F3/19 when it comes with a new Dallara with a battery powered car. Formula E races last 45 minutes and Formula 3 races last 45 minutes so in my view they can replace the Mecachrome 3.4 litre non turbo engine with a 175kw battery with it increasing kw when efficacy improves. I think in 2023 or 2024 we may see a battery powered F3 series on our way to make emissions low, to avoid complaints from local neighbours about the noise of circuits and environmentalists over saving the planet plus it avoids fans, marshals and teams avoid getting deaf from loud noisy vehicles.

Step 2: Porsche Super Cup
With Porsche having experience of battery powered vehicles in road cars and in Formula E, it makes perfect sense to have the series replace the 911 GT3 Cup (Type 992) with a battery powered 911 GT3. I think it will come in 2025 with full battery power as we make emissions low, to avoid complaints from local neighbours about the noise of circuits and environmentalists over saving the planet plus it avoids fans, marshals and teams avoid getting deaf from loud noisy vehicles.

Step 3: Formula 2
F2 have a different format, feature race lasting the distance or 60 minutes whatever comes first and the sprint race having the distance or 45 minutes whatever comes first. It's safe to say that they should replace the Dallara F2 2023 in 2023 with the Dallara F2 2028 with a battery powered car. Formula E races last 45 minutes and Formula 2 races last 45 to 60 minutes so in my view they can replace the Mecachrome 3.4 litre turbo engine with a 175kw battery with it increasing kw when efficacy improves. Step 4: Formula 1
This May be controversial but with battery deployment as it is, they can't do a full two hour race distance at the moment but once they can do it then we can see it being used but for the time being they would need biofuels to be environmentally friendly. Battery powered cars can't do a 24 hour race at the moment but it would be fun to see it in the future.
