I'll admit to NOT ever paying attention to grapes and their varieties until this week when I started researching to make homemade wine.

My parents used to have concorde grape vines a long time ago and our neighbor would come over and pick them ALL the time. My mom just told me recently the neighbor was making his own wine too.

I don't know grapes as well as I know muscadines. Grapes don't grow well around here. It is too hot in the summer I think. I know there are some forms that are better than others for making wine, but I don't know which. I think they could all be used, but some make a better quality. But keep in mind, a fancy wine to me is Sangria, lol.
