BRIEF HISTORY OF THE FOOTBALL WORLD CUPS The FIFA World Cup, also known as the World Cup, World Cup or World Cup, or FIFA World Cup, whose original name was the World Cup, is the international men's soccer tournament at the level of the most important national teams in the world.
This sporting event is held every four years since 1930, with the exception of the years 1942 and 1946, in which it was suspended due to World War II. INTRODUCTION The 1930 Soccer World Cup was the first edition of the FIFA World Cup organized by FIFA. It was developed in Uruguay between July 13 and 30, 1930. FIFA decided to hand over the organization of the tournament to Uruguay in commemoration of the centennial of the Constitution Jura, which the nation celebrated during July of that year, among other reasons .
In the tournament, 13 national teams participated
Champion: Uruguay URUGUAY 1930 The II Soccer World Cup took place in Italy between May 27 and June 10, 1934. United States and Egypt, which was the first African team to participate in the contest.
Champion: Italy ITALY 1934 The III Soccer World Cup took place in France between June 4 and 19, 1938. The champion was Italy, being the first country to achieve the bicampeonato, after beating Hungary in the final by 4: 2.

This tournament is considered by several experts as one of the best in the history of football, due both to its fair play (no expulsion) and the various teams that attended with some of the best players in the sport, such as Pelé and Franz Beckenbauer.
Champion: Brazil MEXICO 1970 The X FIFA World Cup was held in West Germany in the summer of 1974 (from June 13 to July 7).
