The Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and Switzerland - the four best teams in Euro 2024 so far...

We have reached the quarter-finals in the European Championship, and out of the eight teams left in the tournament, four have impressed so far, while the other four have been quite lousy.

It is kind of lame that out of the four lame teams, three are among the biggest favorites to win the tournament; England, France, and Portugal. The last team on this list is Turkey, which has been okay, but nothing more.

The four teams that have impressed me are Spain, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands. Unfortunately, Spain will play against Germany already in the quarter-final. and the winner of that match will play against the winner of Portugal - France. In other words, a very tough path to the final.

On the other side, I do hope Switzerland will beat England, and the winner of that match will play against the winner of the Netherlands vs Turkey. I do hope the Netherlands will win that match, because they were good yesterday, and have played offensive and entertaining football throughout the tournament, with the exception of their match against Austria in the group stage.

What would be the dream final?

I think I am cheering for Spain/Germany vs. the Netherlands/Switzerland, with Spain vs the Netherlands being the ultimate final.
