Chelsea vs Arsenal: The game of the week.

2018 is here and the premier league fans are lucky to start the year with one of the most competitive matches in England: The London derby which takes place on Wednesday at the Emirates Stadium with both teams looking to pick up some much needed points while the competition becomes fierce to finish in the top four of the league.

Chelsea who were crowned champions last season have fought to retain the title, but it seems hard with manchester city dominating the game. Despite the unlucky beginning, the Blues have really rediscovered their efficiency recently after an impressive victory against Stoke and Brighton as well. Antonio Conte aims to lead his squad to a big victory so chelsea would maintain their position.

Arsenal, on the other hand, who have won the FA cup over chelsea are very good at home, winning 8 of their 10 league games there. The Gunners ended 2017 at the fifth spot in the table and the morale might be down following their draw against West Bromwich but they hope to close the gap to the top four which makes their motivation flying high.
