Waiting for Fernandinho's Action in "Rematch" Brazil vs Germany
Brazil coach Tite is expected to feature defender midfielder Manchester City Fernandinho for an international friendly against German world champions on Wednesday (28/3/2018) early morning hrs.
Tite tried to set up Fernandinho for the midfield sector with Casemiro and Paulinho in training session on Sunday, two days after the Samba team beat hosts Russia 3-0 in a trial ahead of the 2018 World Cup.
Fernandinho himself was involved in the Brazil team which lost 1-7 to Germany in the 2014 World Cup semifinals, a match that the local press called a national tragedy.
Fernandinho's teammate Miranda also said that joining the former Shakhtar Donethsk player for the Berlin match would add strength to the Samba team.
"Fernandinho will provide additional strength in the defense sector and the game will be exciting," said Miranda. "Germany is undoubtedly a dynamic team.
"The results at the 2014 World Cup are now just history, and our team is better prepared.What happened in Belo Horizonte is natural, and we want to make a new history," added the Inter Milan defender.
