Jose Mourinho OUT: Six Reasons for him to go
No doubts about his credibility, his achievements, his records etc, he's up there in the bracket of the world class coaches, but he's not really getting it this time around, I think it's better he leaves when the ovation is still high.
Jose Mourinho (JM), the special one as he's been referred to is not longer special as his he needs to go back to the drawing board and restrategise because his tactics are outdated, most manager can now easily counter his outdated tactics.

Here are my six (6) reasons I think he should leave or shown the exit door.
1.) NO INTEREST IN HOME GROWN TALENTS
During the glory days of Manchester United under Sir Alex Ferguson, the team was known for mixing experience with youth in every department of the field, from Paul Scholes, to Ryan Giggs to theNeville brothers, Evans, Raphael and Fabio, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney just to mention a few but Manchester United under JM is a different story entirely, as he prefers an experienced, established players over home grown talents and that's really killing the future of the team, no wonder, they are not able to win the league since SAF resigned.
JM prefers a Willian to Martial or Rashford, he prefers Young to Shaw, I must say its not good for the development of the players and the team generally.
2.) OPENLY CRITICIZING HIS PLAYERS
In his first season in charge at Old Trafford, and while Luke Shaw was just recovering from a career threatening injury, instead of JM defending him while he makes mistakes, he criticized him openly to the press, and even when he played very well, JM told the pressmen that 'he was using his body but using my brain as he was close to me'. He has criticized almost all his players openly, to the extent that the players are now tired of him, and it's really affecting their game play, an example is the ongoing preseason at the United States. He's even criticized Martial and Valencia of recent.
This is really killing the game
3.) TROPHYLESS SEASON
JM has a history of winning leagues in his second season in charge of any team (Chelsea, 1st and 2nd spell, Inter Milan, Real Madrid) but at Manchester United, he not only did not win the league, he went the entire season TROPHYLESS, even with the massive fund splashed out. But he has failed in all front in the 2017/2018 season, he ran out of ideas and started giving excuses.
4.) TOO MUCH SPENDING
JM is known for breaking the bank for players he desperately want, and he has not disappointed in doing that at Manchester United. British record signing for Paul Pogba, crazy deals in bringing Zlatan and Lukaku to old trafford etc (though players are expensive these days) but there are better ways of doing business, or getting deals done.
In the latest news, he has started aiming dig at his Liverpool counterpart in Jurgen Klopp that he's spending extravagantly, but he has quickly forgotten or he doesn't know that Liverpool net spending stands at about £122m because they have spent about £412m on new recruits and they received huge fee of about £290m from sales of players, a big thanks to Philippe
Coutinho's move to Barcelona. But on the other hand, Manchester United and only received about £83m on players sales, but they have spent a whopping £393m on incoming players.
5.) NEGATIVE FOOTBALL
Even as worst as Moyes's reign at United, he never played negative football. JM is an anti footballer, ability to defend is the main thing he looks out for in a player before signing them. This is the period one cannot be proud of being a Manchester United fan, because even the fans of teams in even league two aims dig at Manchester United as 'parking the bus team'. JM is so negative minded that he parks the bus even against all teams he faces.
The first match against City last season where city's two goals came from Lukaku's howlers, my question was, what was Lukaku doing at his teams box? Is he tired of his opponents box? The answer is not far fetched, The coach wants everyone defending. Yes, strikes helps in some defending duties, but not to the extent of causing two goals in a match. So I'll rather point my finger at JM than at Lukaku.
6.) THIRD SEASON CURSE
JM is always parting company with his employers at the third season.
It's either he leaves or he gets paid off. In his first season at Chelsea, the third season curse affected him, at Inter Milan the same thing happened, Even at Real Madrid he was allowed to leave, then he was paid off at his second stint in charge at Chelsea, now at Manchester United, I PRAY he gets fired or he leaves on mutual agreement or whatever means so we can start enjoying our darling Manchester United.
I am a Manchester United fan, but since JM has been appointed, I've NEVER seen any Manchester United's game because I can't afford to go and see my team playing negative football.
