Journalist in Barcelona claims Neymar has agreed to join PSG, for a transfer fee of €222 Million

A Brazilian journalist based in Barcelona has made the startling claim that Neymar has agreed to his transfer to the French club Paris Saint-Germain FC. The move is set to net Barcelona FC a rumoured €222 Million. This would shatter the current record transfer fee, more than doubling the fee Paul Pogba cost Manchester United FC last year. The tweet now has more than 4000 retweets and 5000 likes. However, no verified sources have yet confirmed the transfer.
