After yesterdays dreadful day for Arsenal there are still some bright spots this morning. One of which was Arsenal closing the Aubameyang deal before the January transfer window slammed shut! The other comes by which a creditable source says Ozil will put pen to paper on a new long term contract!
Arsenal have been in the works all January to sign the Dortmund super striker Aubameyang and have final done so with little time to spare. The deal included a $56 million dollar transfer fee and a contract until 2021 believed to be worth around €180,000 a week.
Ozil and Arsenal have finally come to terms on a new long term contract which should be signed in the near future making the German World Cup winner €350,000 a week! The deal would keep Ozil at the club until 2021 making him the highest paid Arsenal player in history.
I have to admit, after yesterdays crappy performance I thought today was going to start off a lot worse than this.

I could not have woken up to better news yesterday. Auba signs AND Ozil new deal!!!!!!! Our front 4 is going to slay (hopefully). Now, time to get rid of Cech and find a CDM and CB!
