Looking into man city's earlier victory against spurs proved they are currently the best in Epl.

Before the game Ferdinand admitted City need to win something to prove how good they are.

And the former England captain says they are the favourites to land the Champions League as well as the domestic title.

“For me, Manchester City right now are the best team in Europe,” Ferdinand said.

“I would put them as favourites, they’re going to win the Premier League.
