Zidane Confirms Ronaldo Shown in Champions League Final
MADRID - Coming to the final of the Champions League 2017-2018 on May 26, 2018, Real Madrid suddenly get the news less fun. The reason, their superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo, suffered an injury that made him have to pull over for some time. However, Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane, remains optimistic that foster children will be fit in the final game later.
Ronaldo suffered an ankle injury as Madrid travel to Barcelona headquarters in the continuing 35th week of the Spanish Liga 2017-2018. In the game, Ronaldo had contributed one goal for Madrid in the first round. However, after the break, the position of the player was nicknamed CR7 was replaced by Marco Asensio.
Withdrawal Ronaldo in fact give a significant influence also for Madrid in the game against Barcelona. Because, although Barca play with 10 players, Ronaldo absence makes Madrid still can not take advantage of the situation. The result, the game was ended with a score of 2-2 draw.
Can not be denied that in this season Ronaldo really become the backbone for Madrid, especially in terms of breaking the opponent's goal. In response to Ronaldo's current condition, Zidane revealed that is not so good. However, Zidane still feel Ronaldo's injury is only a mild problem. He asked the fans not to worry because CR7 guaranteed by him would appear in the final game counter Liverpool.
"It does not feel good for now. However, I think this will be a small problem, it's just a collision. Do not worry about the final, he (Ronaldo) will be there. I can not tell you how long (he will be absent). However, he said that it would not take long. We'll see tomorrow, "said Zidane, as reported by Sportsmole, Tuesday (8/5/2018).
