THIS WEEK IN MANCHESTER no2
This week on both sides there has been a lot of mixed news - let’s take a look through it...
Machester city:
Won convincingly 2-0 against Arsenal
De Bruyne got injured
Bernado Silva had a great game
Man City played against Arsenal a few days ago - dominated the game although there is now a large shadow which has been cast over the convincing start - this is the major injury to Kevin De Bruyne. Having a ligament problem in his knee during training it is estimated that the Belgian will be out for 2-4 months. So the question is who will fit in? Here are the potential forwards which they still can use:
aguero
silva
b.silva
jesus
mahrez
stirling
So as you can see there are still many options going forward and I still belive that they are the season favourites going forward...
Man United:
tension still brews around the club
good win against Leicester but not convincing
season seems in doubt
where will Martial go?
Manchester United seem in a bad place at the moment - they haven’t won the premier leauge for half a decade now, very few summer signings while the future of Martial and Pogba seems in doubt... They win over Leicester was a solid 3 points although it was not an outstanding performance. There are few injury problems and with Shaw firing on all cylinders they should win this week although the future of Pogba and Martial needs to be sorted if they want to move forward...
