The bad cold continues for @brindleswan and @mazi, though not as bad as some of our neighbors have suffered through, as we are dosing ourselves with immune boosters such as Vitamin C, echinacea, zinc, high dose Vitamin D and less commonly known - the over the counter acid reducer, cimetadine (tagamet).

Like everything else these days, we see our situation through the lens of looking for the hidden aggression that is making things worse, that most people aren't even aware of, like fish unaware of water. Take cimetadine's immune boosting properties for example. If not for the Life Extension Foundation (lef.org) we never would have known of this due to the aggression of the FDA in not letting them advertise the results from the studies mentioned in this article:

And if we were to want to offset the fatigue by using  the eugeroic, Modafinil (non-speedy wakefulness agent) we would risk being extorted, caged or attacked unless we went to an overpriced "licensed" physician to get a "prescription" to allow us to pay exorbitant prices to offset the multi-billion dollar bribe required to the FDA to offer this product for sale.
