Saudi Kabsa The kabsa dish of all kinds is one of the best dishes that can be prepared for various spells, occasions and parties. Ingredients for Saudi Kabsa
1 kg shredded chicken
3½ cups soaked basmati rice
6 pcs chopped tomatoes
2 finely chopped onions
3 cardamom pods
2 sheets of laureate
1 teaspoon chili
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry
3½ cups warm water
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
Saudi Kabsa method
In a deep saucepan, heat the oil, then add the onions and stir well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and leave them on the fire until the mixture holds, then add salt, cardamom, soy sauce, bay leaf and the rest of all the spices.
Add the chicken after washing it well with water, salt and vinegar, and stir well until the chicken is half cooked, then add the rice and warm water, cover the pot and leave it on high heat until the water boils.
Reduce the heat, then leave it until the kabsa is done.
Pour it into a serving dish and serve hot.
