Dark Chocolate Coffee Energy Balls

Ingredients
15 Medjool dates pitted and soaked in water for about 10 minutes
1/2 cup lightly salted almonds
1/4 cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 tablespoons ground Cuban coffee or any coffee grounds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Pinch of salt
Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough-like mixture forms.
Form into twelve 1-inch bites by hand.
