慈禧喜歡的菜 櫻桃肉

一轉身，我們來到了北京，今晚去了吃宮廷菜！
有一道很特別，霸佔了半張桌，是一道叫櫻桃肉的菜，它是來自野山豬，一頭豬只可以弄三份，它經過了至少六小時炆製，才上菜的。
這道菜是乾隆南巡期間很喜歡的菜，引入宮廷後，晚期慈禧也愛上這道菜。
其實它是肥豬肉來的，雖然它很美味，但感到十分邪惡，竟吃了那麼多肥肉進肚，不過算，旅行就是要好好的吃！
