Vegan coconut curry soup

Tonight I'm sharing with you a yummy vegan soup I make from time to time. I cook cauliflower florets, broccoli, mushrooms and tofu in some coconut milk to which I add turmeric and curry powder. Then I serve it with some coriander.

It's delicious, filling and very healthy!
