Samosas
I first encountered samosas at a Farmer's Market in Thunder Bay, ON, over 25 years ago, I have experienced them and loved everyone.
A samosa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, or lentils. The heat level runs from mild to spicy. These were purchased at a farmer's market.

I like spicy.
Looks yummy. Samosas are big here. Especially in San Jose.
Unfortunately, not so much where we live now.
There are really large Vietnamese and Filipino populations in San Jose

I will have to investigate to see if anywhere locally offers Samosas. Would like to sample some myself.
