Company Trip - Vietnamese popular dish

In last weekend, I've a trip go to the colleague's house with my company. It's an interesting trip. We were prepare food to cook. Let's me introduce 2 Vietnamese popular dish to you!

1. Chicken soup

I don't know the right name for this dish, but do this dish not hard: you only need stew rice with chicken stew water untin rice become soften, add spices and cook more about 30 minutes for infused spices. Add pepper and scallion in the surface of soup before eat if you want!

1. Chicken salad:

the way to make this dish like the way to make normal salad but material is different. Tear off chicken and mix it with onions are cut yarn, laksa leaves and green banana trunk only take the core in the center.
Spices of dish include: cranberry juice, salt, sugar and chili, mix all spice we have a final spices for this salad
Mix all material and spices in the lighttly way for infused spices about 5 minutes. we will have chicken salad dish in Vietnam traditionally way!

Talk to easy but make it not easy, prepare material so long and the process cook chicken soup so long too, to cook rie become soften you must lost at least 1 hourse! Even though the process is long but the result make will you satisfied. Let's try it if you have chance!
