Trying japanese for the second time, an honest review
It happened again. @penticton convinced me to go for Japanese again. And it was a pleasant surprise :)
Last time when we went to a Japanese place I got my rice in a dog bowl sprinkled with spring onions. They called it Donburi...
Well today it was nothing different, just the rice was replaced with quinoa and they added a few mushrooms.
But it tasted amazing.
We ordered another dish, i forgot the name and what it was made of. Maybe someone can recognize it and tell me the name because I would absolutely order it again.
Everyone was so elegant and graceful with their chopstick skills. I must say that I tried it and failed miserably. Stabbing the food was the only way I could stuff something in my mouth.
When I saw the waiter laughing at me I decided that I will start working on it :)

Different restaurant and yeah, I am starting to lile it. Still can't swollow a sushi tho :)
that food looks very delicious @noperope. I'm never sure about Japanese food either.
And a chop stick stabber too or I just resort to using a fork. 😂
I tried to blend in with the sticks, not succesfull
