Vegetable salad of squid
Ingredients: 400 g squid, 1 sweet pepper, 3 tomatoes, 2 potatoes, 1 bunch of green onions, 1 bunch of parsley, 4 tbsp. sour cream, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook pre-potatoes. This can be done in a microwave oven by covering the lid and putting it at full power for 2 minutes.
Cool and cut the potatoes into cubes.
Slice the tomatoes into small slices. Pepper cut into strips.
Finely chop onion and parsley.
Squid put in boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes. Then remove and cut into strips.
Mix all ingredients, salt, season with pepper and season with sour cream.
