Simple steps to prepare meat cupcakes

- Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.

- Knead on a floured surface until the dough is smooth, but no more than two minutes.
- Cover with plastic film and let stand for half an hour.

Preparation:
Shape the dough into a flat tortilla like a circle, flatten with a rolling pin, place the stuffing of your choice, ground meat, chicken, vegetables, that is to your liking, close the dough as in the image; put to fry, and ready!
