WHEN THERE IS A LOT OF VEGGIES AROUND AND YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING CREATIVE WITH THEM, I HAVE A STUNNING AND EASY RECIPE FOR YOU!!! HOW DOES A VEGETABLE ROSE PIE SOUND?
IT IS SUPER SIMPLE, ALL YOU NEED ARE FRESH VEGGIES, SOME CHEESE FOR THE BECHAMEL SAUCE AND A TRUSTY SPEED PEALER OR MADOLINE....
THE METHOD:
1. MAKE A THICK BECHAMEL SAUCE BY COMBINING EQUAL AMOUNTS OF FLOUR AND BUTTER, ADD MILK AND YOUR FAVOURITE CHEESE...
2. SLICE THE VEGGIES (I LIKE ZUCCHINI, PEPPER, POTATO & TOMATO COMBO)
3. LINE A CAKE TIN WITH A LAYER OF POTATOES BOTTOM AND SIDES, POUR IN THE CHEESE SAUCE AND ARRANGE THE REST OF THE SEASONED VEGGIES IN A ROSE PATTERN
4. BAKE AT 190 DEGREES C FOR 40 MIN OR UNTIL GOLDEN
THAT IS IT! SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS!

Just your basic seasoning, good olive oil and thyme. But you can experiment!
