Aussie Breakfast • Casa Bianchi
Drove along the Scarborough Road to food hunt today, and this Casa Bianchi caught my eye. So I decided to give it a whirl without asking Mr. Google.
I felt like I was in tropical garden when the moment I stepped inside. The atmosphere definitely win a 5 stars, a beautiful al fresco garden setting with fountain and fish pond. Great on a warm breezy summer’s day.
I had Avocado Smash for my brunch, the food was great, portion was good enough for me to pack away the leftover and price I’ll said reasonable. Unfortunately the same cannot be say to the staffs today, maybe they having a bad day today.
To the staffs of Casa Bianchi, happy-go-lucky, put a smile on your face ya! Cheers!
I can see that the cherry tomatoes are fresh and juicy (the red ones) but what are the rest of the others on the plate?? I was trying to make out the brown sauce, and i believe i can see bacon and pouched egg. Am i right??
Oh it was avocado smashed served on toast with caramelised onions, bacons, pouches eggs, baby spinach & cherry tomatoes :)
Thanks for letting me know. Was wondering what are the brownish stuff, so it is caramelised onions....must be very delicious. Nice post.
