Nigerian food inspiration : my love for plantation hmmmm
..yeah is no news that I like good food and guess what I have a special thing for plantain ,maybe its because of its diversity of use and nutrition. Anyway back to my meal it's white rice and fish stew garnished with plantain...yummy right,i know. I also know it's a balanced diet,meaning it has all the basic nutrition I need for the day... Stay healthy me. ..thank you for upvoting my post it might just earn you a meal or more some day... 😂
