Bersihkan ikan mas,
Haluskan bumbu-bumbu : Kunyit, bawang putih, kemiri & jahe.
Panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak goreng,bumbu yang dihaluskan, daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas & serai. aduk rata.
Masukkan tomat, cabai hijau, cabai merah & cabai rawit.
Tambahkan gula & garam secukupnya.
Masukkan ikan mas yang sudah di goreng.
