Did you know you can cook nettles ?

I strongly advise to take gloves for the cutting... only the top, from a clean place... and the choped and cooked a little in a pan with some eggs, cheese, garlic and onion and it's very good... nutty taste.

free, plentiful, regrow each year... I mean... what a great gift from God :).
