FIELD CRAB SOUP
Crab soup is a traditional dish of Vietnam. My family also loves to cook this dish! delicious, sweet, cool. In summer, having a bowl of rice and crab soup is delicious!
Today I share with you how to do it!
The first is the ingredients.
- Crab

- Melon flavor: 100 grams
- Fish sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking oil.
I do it at home, so the ingredients are very simple! Doesn't require a lot of seasoning.

Step 4: How to cook crab soup
- Heat the cooking oil, add the prepared purple onion to fry, then put the crab bricks into the pot. Pay attention to the step of making crab bricks so that the fire is low, avoiding the burnt crab bricks will no longer be fragrant. Then keep the bowl separate
Boil crab water. This is an important step, care should be taken not to spill the crab meat. After boiling, it is recommended to lower the heat so that the crab meat can close, season with spices to taste. Put the crab meat aside and put the vegetables and melon in the pot.
Vegetables and melon stir-fry until cooked.
Put the cooked vegetables into the pot of crab water and boil for 1 more slice and you're done!
