AROMA TUMIS TAUCO BUNGA PEPAYA MENGGUGAH SELERA

Hari ini sepertinya mama sedang lagi kurang enak badan alias kurang fit, aku tanya sama mama, hari ini masak sayur apa. Mama bilang Tauco bunga kates, aku fikir cocok juga karena aku sedang kurang nafsu makan, cocoklah Sayur Tauco bunga Pepaya untuk siang ini.
Bunga pepaya dapat dijadikan kreasi berbagai kudapan masakan nikmat yang memiliki cita rasa pahit yang khas. Untuk menghilangkan rasa pahit bunga pepaya sangat mudah, bisa direbus dengan tanah cempaka
tapi sekarang sudah susah dicari tanah cempakanya, dulu di bukit Cot Sabong di Lhokseumawe bisa diambil dipinggir jalan, sekarang sudah tidak ada lagi. Cara kedua sangat mudah yaitu dengan cara merebus bunga pepaya dengan daun kuda-kuda atau 'on keurendung' sebutan orang Aceh yang banyak dijumpai dipinggir pagar warga sepanjang jalan dan saya sendiri banyak sekali dipagar pekarangan kami. Rebus beberapa lama sampai bunga pepaya matang, lalu tiriskan dan buang daun kuda-kudanya.
Pohon pepaya merupakan pohon serba guna, mulai dari akar, batang, daun, bunga dan buah muda serta buah matang semuanya sangat berguna untuk manusia, untuk kesehatan sebagai obat maupun sebagai buah-buahan yang memiliki kandungan serat tinggi yang sangat
berguna untuk tubuh manusia.
Kembali fokus pada bunga pepaya,
dibalik rasa pahitnya memiliki banyak sekali manfaat untuk kesehatan. Bunga pepaya memiliki
kandungan nutrisi, protein, kalsium, zat besi, Vitamin, dan merupakan sumber serat makanan yang baik. Mengkonsumsi bunga pepaya dapat menurunkan resiko penyakit-penyakit
tertentu sebagaimana diberitakan di media.
Baiklah kita kembali pada persoalan masakan touco bunga pepaya keingan Mama tadi. Mama ku orang Melayu Medan, sudah pasti masakan
Tauco merupakan masakan tumisan
yang sangat disukainya, cita rasanya yang pedas dan manis dengan aroma Tauco membuat selera makan semakin bertambah. Belum masak aja sudah ngiler mencium aromanya. Dibawah ini saya akan bagikan Tip cara memasak Tauco Bunga Pepaya Khas Rumahan.
Bahan-bahan :
- 1 kg bunga pepaya
- 12 buah cabai hijau, dirajang
- 5 buah cabai merah, dirajang
- 5 siung bawang merah, diiris
- 3 siung bawang putih, diiris
- 2 buah tomat sedang, diiris
- 1 batang serai, digeprek
- 1 ruas jari jahe, digeprek
- 1 ons Tauco
- pati santan 50 cc
- 1/2 kg udang, dibuang kepalanya
- Garam secukupnya
- Air secukupnya
- Minyak untuk menumis
Cara Memasak :
- Bunga pepaya dibersihkan
- Rebus air sampai benar-benar
mendidih - Setelah air mendidih masukkan
bunga pepaya bersama daun kuda-
kuda untuk menghilangkan pahit,
Lalu tiriskan dan buangkan daun
kuda-kuda - Panaskan minyak dalam wajan
- Tumis bawang merah dan bawang
putih sampai harum, lalu masukkan
cabai hijau dan cabai merah, serai,
Jahe, aduk tumisan sebentar, lalu
masukkan tomat dan Udang, tauco,
garam dan tambahkan sedikit air,
aduk lagi sebentar. - Masukkan bunga pepaya dan aduk
sampai mendidih lagi - Setelah itu tambahkan pati santan,
masak sampai mendidih. - Masakan Tauco Bunga Pepaya siap
dihidangkan.
AROMA TUMIS TAUCO FLOWER PAPAYA INTERESTS THE TASTE

Papaya flowers can be used as the creation of a variety of delicious cuisine that has a bitter taste. To get rid of the bitter taste of papaya flowers is very easy, can be boiled with cempaka soil
but now it's difficult to find the land of cempakanya, in the past Cot Sabong hill in Lhokseumawe can be taken alongside the road, now it's gone. The second way is very easy, namely by boiling papaya flowers with the leaves of a horse or 'on keurendung' as the Acehnese people are often found alongside the fence of residents along the road and myself many of our yard fences. Boil some time until the papaya flowers are ripe, then drain and discard the leaves of the stance.

useful for the human body.

Tauco is stir-fry
that she really likes, her spicy and sweet taste with the scent of Tauco makes her appetite grow even more. Not even cooking already drool smell the aroma. Below I will share tips on how to cook a typical home made papaya flower.
Ingredients :
- 1 kg of papaya flowers
- 12 green chilies, chopped
- 5 red chilies, chopped
- 5 cloves of shallot, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 lemongrass stalk, rubbed
- 1 ginger finger segment, crushed
- 1 ounce of Tauco
- 50 cc coconut milk starch
- 1/2 kg of shrimp, head removed
- Salt to taste
- Enough water
- Oil for sauteing
How to cook :
- Papaya flowers are cleaned
- Boil the water thoroughly boiling
- After boiling water enter papaya
flowers with horse leaves-horse to
remove bitter,Then drain and
discard the leaves stance - Heat oil in a frying pan
- Saute onion and onion white until
fragrant, then add green chili and
red chili, lemongrass, Ginger, stir
stir briefly, then put in tomatoes
and shrimp, tauco, salt and add a
little water, stir again briefly. - Enter papaya flowers and stir until
it boils up again - After that add coconut milk starch,
cook until boiling. - Papaya Flower Tauco cuisine is
ready served.
