good morning friends. this morning i want to share my little knowledge about traditional aceh cake.

when the day of Eid will arrive. rashidon received orders from 1,500 - 2,000 pieces. this job is somewhat seasonal usually only when there is a customary event that brings the bride to the groom's house and in the Lebaran moment. the price of keukarah only a thousand rupiah for medium size usually people order 50 -100 cakes just for the dish Eid. I observed that making this keukarah takes patience. how not keukarah can only be fried one by one. need special skills in making keukarah. rasyidon was also enjoying this seasonal season.
considering the number of customer orders. usually Rashidon closes the orderan ten days before the Eid. located in the village cot setui. kutamakmur, north Aceh. orders received by Rasyidon not only from her own village. but up to the neighboring village. where ni friends who like keukarah ???

selamat pagi teman semua. pagi ini saya ingin sedikit berbagi pengetahuan saya tentang kue tradisional aceh.
aceh utara : siapa tidak kenal keukarah, kue tradisional dari tanah rencong ini sangat di buru di saat mendekati hari lebaran idul fitri maupun lebaran idul adha. berbahan tepung beras dan gula, cara membuatnya pun termasuk sangat unik. yaitu adonan tepung beras yang mengental di masukkan ke dalam tempurung kelapa yang telah di lubangi kemudian di ketuk-ketuk ke dalam minyak panas kemudian di lipat sehingga menyerupai sarang burung. peminatnya tidak hanya orang tua saja bahkan muda mudi sampai anak-anak pun menyukai kue yang berbentuk sarang burung ini. biasanya kue keukarah ini di nikmati dengan suguhan teh dan kopi panas.
saat hari lebaran akan tiba. rasyidon menerima orderan dari 1.500 - 2.000 buah. pekerjaan ini terbilang musiman biasanya hanya di saat ada acara adat yaitu mengantar pengantin ke rumah mempelai laki-laki dan di saat lebaran saja. harga keukarah hanya seribu rupiah untuk ukuran sedang biasanya orang memesan 50 -100 kue saja untuk sajian lebaran. saya mengamati bahwa membuat keukarah ini butuh penuh kesabaran. bagaimana tidak keukarah hanya dapat di goreng satu persatu. butuh keahlian tersendiri dalam membuat keukarah. rasyidon pun sangat menikmati ptofesi musiman ini.
mengingat banyaknya pesanan pelanggan. biasanya Rasyidon menutup orderan sepuluh hari sebelum lebaran. berlokasi di kampung cot setui. kutamakmur, Aceh utara. pesanan yang di terima Rasyidon tidak hanya dari kampung sendiri. tapi sampai kampung tetangga. mana ni teman-teman yang suka keukarah???
