What about friends of steemit, here I present a delicious and quick recipe that prepares to entertain my beloved grandson who was birthday at his number 7 this past weekend.

I tell you that when he comes to visit he shows his affection by saying: "Grandma, you know something, what I like most about coming to visit you is your food" ... And with such tenderness I went to the kitchen and as a surprise I decided prepare one of your favorite sweets, my cinnamon mini roles and without further delay I will start with this one step by step.

-Ingredients:

• 1 teaspoon of yeast.
• 1 egg.
• 1 cup of water.
• 1 cup of sugar.
• 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
• 3 cups of wheat flour.

-Preparation:

Step n ° 1: Before starting with the dough for the roles we prepare our yeast (if you want to know how to make it, I invite you to see my previous post Deliciosos y ricos golfeados).

Step n ° 2: Place in the bold with the 3 cups of flour, the egg, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar.

Step n ° 3: Add to the bold next to the other ingredients, the yeast and start mixing,

-Incorporamos little by little the cup of water until the mixture is completely compacted and we give it a sphere shape, cover and let stand for 30 minutes.

Step n ° 4: If we have already rested, we stretch and spread the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar mixed with the other teaspoon of cinnamon, cut and placed in our greased and floured tray.

Preheated the oven to 180 ° c we place the tray for 45 minutes, we wait and after being ready we remove, let rest and YUMMMI !!! To serve, enjoy that delicious and crispy flavor, my dearest Kevin enjoyed it as never before ... It was a special, improvised and rich birthday gift.
