Chocolate and vanilla sponge cake

Hello dear friends of steemit I hope you are very well, today I will present you a very delicious preparation of two worlds chocolate and vanilla but in a single recipe for those lovers of the combination ... But without further ado let's take the step by step our cake.

-Ingredients:

• 1 tsp of baking powder.
• 1 cup of oil.
• 250g of melted chocolate.
• 250ml of milk.
• 3 eggs.
• 3 cups of wheat flour 0000.
• 500g of sugar.
• Round cake mold of 25cm.
• Lemon zest.

-Preparation:

Step n ° 1: Separate in a bold the clear of the yolks of our 3 eggs,

-We mix 250g of sugar to the whites, beat until the snow point and reserve.

Step n ° 2: We take our 3 yolks and begin to beat adding little by little the remaining 250g of sugar,

-Add little by little the 250ml of milk without stopping to beat,

-Colocate into your mix while continuing to beat the cup of oil and vanilla,

-Finally we add the wheat flour 0000 and the lemon zest progressively, beat until we incorporate completely and go to the next step.

Step n ° 3: Now ready our mix we place the whites to the point of snow little by little with a palette in sense to the needles of the clock not to eliminate the air of our point of snow.

Step n ° 5: We take the other part of the vanilla mixture and place it in the greased and floured mold,

  • By adding the mixture completely in the mold, we place our chocolate mixture in an alternative way and then we give the shape we want to the cake.

Step n ° 6: Ready the biscuit pass to the oven already preheated to 180 ° c for a time of 45 minutes.
