"ACIDIC REGULATORS IN FOOD" WHAT THEY ARE
Most people don't know what acidic regulator in food are, These are additives that change or maintain pH level of food. They can be organic or mineral acids or neutralizing Agents.
Food manufacturer make use of them to preserve and enhance the appearance of their product. example of these regulators are Trans Fat, artificial sweeteners, Ascorbic acid, benzoic acid, potassium bromate, sulfur dioxide etc.
We understand that manufacturers put regulators in food for preservation, However these addictives are harmful to the body. It isn't possible to avoid them but you can reduce it in your diet, Refuse to buy food products with too many of them. Also eat more of vegetables than already processed food.
In all, Acidic regulators in food can have a very harmful effect to the body. A little awarness will would help you reduce them..
