Asam Udeung atau Udang Asam adalah makanan asli khas Aceh, satu diantara warisan budaya Aceh.Rasa yang menyegarkan dan semakin nikmat dengan nasi hangat.
Bahan-bahan
10 buah udang segar
sesuai selera Cabe rawit
3-5 buah belimbing wuluh
2 batang serai
5 lembar daun jeruk
3 siung bawang merah
secukupnya Garam
Langkah
10 menit
Bersihkan udang buang kepala dan setengah kulit. Lumuri dengan sedikit air jeruk nipis dan garam. Masukkan ke wajan aduk2 sebentar sambil dipanaskan sampai udang berwarna kemerahan.
Iris serai, belimbing dan daun jeruk. ulek udang dan semua bahan sampai agak halus atau sesuai selera, koreksi rasa.
