Potato Tawa Sandwich Recipe, Very Yummy & Tasty

Today we learn how to make Potato Tawa Sandwich Recipe. You can make this recipe for morning breakfast.

ingredients

Potatoes - 2
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Green Chili - 1
Semolina - 1/2 Cup
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Red Chili Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Garam Masala - 1/4 Spoon
Dry Mango Powder - 1/4 Spoon

Method

Firstly add 1/2 cup semolina in a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup curd, 1/4 spoon salt & 1/4 spoon baking powder. Mix it well.

Now, add a little water to make paste. Cover this mixture for 10 minute so semolina will absorb all the moisture.

In other bowl, we will prepare stuffing of potato tawa sandwich. First add 2 granted boiled potatoes, one chopped onion, one chopped green chili, one chopped capsicum, 1/4 spoon garam masala, 1/4 spoon dry mango powder, 1/4 spoon salt & 1/4 spoon red chili powder. Mix everything together.

After 10 minute semolina will absorbed all the water. Add little water to it & make it like we prepare batter for dosa.

Apply a little on a hot pan. when oil heats up, pour some batter & spread a little.

Place a potato patty made with stuffing we prepared.

Cover the whole thing with pouring more stuffing on it.

Cover & cook it for a few seconds. drop a few oil drops on top. After cooking it for a bit, flip & cook other side too. Flip & cook from both side a couple of times.

When it gets golden brown color, it's ready to serve.

Serve these tasty Potato Tawa Sandwiches with Tomato Ketchup & Hot Tea.
