Pumpkin Soup with Champignons
Just cooked this wonderful dish yesterday, yummy I must say.
And it is very simple to cook and healthy.
First of all you have got to:
- Cook garlic and onions on a pan for about 5 min
- Add 500 grams of pumpkin and 1 glass of water, salt, pepper, basil leaves etc. (what ever you prefer)
- Cook that for about 20 minutes on moderate heat
- Use a blender to blend all you cooked on a pan (but wait for it to cool down first)
- Your dish is ready. Serve it with toasts and Champignons
