The cold refreshing okroshka soup
You sometime tasted okroshka? This ancient Russian dish – the cold refreshing soup. Cook it in the summer as he very well helps to cope with a heat.
This very simple and tasty dish:
potato boiled – 3 pieces;
eggs boiled – 3 pieces;
sausage boiled (without fat) – 250 гр;
cucumbers – 3 pieces of the average sizes;
garden radish – 3-4 pieces of the large sizes;
fennel – a bunch;
parsley – a bunch;
green onions — a bunch.
To cook potatoes and eggs. Greens need to be cut small, and other products to cut in small cubes. To pour out all this in a pan, to salt, add some sour cream and to fill in with serum. Then accurately to mix.
Before consumption, we put soup in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
