Breakfast with yoghurt and pea seeds.
Necessary products:
2 teaspoons of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of pea seeds
3 tablespoons of fresh milk
2 tablespoons of cherry jam
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
4 whole grain biscuits
250 grams of boneless cherries
Preparation:
Grind the biscuits into a blender.
Put three tablespoons of ground biscuits on the bottom of three glasses.
Mix all products without cherries.
Put a few pieces of cherries on the biscuits. Pour them on the yoghurt mixture. Sprinkle a spoonful of biscuit crumbs and again a few pieces of cherries.
Fill the yogurt glasses and store them in the refrigerator overnight.
Before serving, decorate the dessert with fresh cherries.
