Yotaro’s Food Travel Report Vol.6　〜 September 2018 〜

Hello!

It's time for "Yotaro's Food Travel Report"!
The report of this trip will be the last in this! !

In this report, I introduce two shops in Nagano prefecture!
I came to Nagano prefecture on my way home from Ishikawa Prefecture! !

I will introduce the wonderful shops I visited there!

1.Restaurant Formaggio

Here, cheese is the main, it becomes a restaurant!
Next to the restaurant, at the cheese factory, We can eat fresh cheese! !

First of all, I think that it is correct to eat a cheese platter!
Everything was a wonderful cheese, and "Blue Cheese", in particular, was a delicious taste! !

In addition, 'Pizza of cheese' was also the top taste among the pizza I ate so far!
Because it was too tasty, I purchased it for my parents with a souvenir! !

It was a natural flow that I bought a lot of cheese after a meal in the restaurant!
Visiting here, the value of cheese has changed a lot! !

2.Bakery Wazawaza

What I headed to is the bakery "Wazawaza"!

This is the shop which is talked about in the Instagram too!
Because it is a trendy shop, a lot of people from across the country have come to buy bread! !

In the shop, simple bread such as bread and campagne is placed!
Not a lot of kinds of breads are placed, but none of them was making a commitment! !

Especially, bread has a wonderful bake and I just had lunch, but my stomach was empty!
I bought bread for one, but the interior of the car on the way back became full with the smell of bread! !

今回の旅行のレポートも、これで、最後になります！！

今回のレポートでは、長野県の、2つのお店を紹介します！
石川県の帰り道に、長野県に立ち寄りました！！

そこで訪問した、素晴らしいお店を、紹介します！

１．レストランテ　フォルマッジオ

こちらは、チーズがメインの、レストランになります！
レストランの隣が、チーズ工場で、出来立てのチーズが食べられます！！

ここに来たら、まずは、チーズの盛り合わせを食べるのが、正解だと思います！
どれも素晴らしいチーズでしたが、特に「ブルーチーズ」が、感動する美味しさでした！！

また、「チーズのピザ」も、今まで食べたピザの中で、トップクラスの美味しさでした！
あまりに美味しかったので、自分の両親用に、お土産で購入してしまいました！！

レストランでの食事の後に、大量のチーズを買い込んだのは、自然な流れでした！
こちらに訪問して、チーズの価値観が、大きく変わりました！！

２．ベーカリー　わざわざ

次に向かったのが、「わざわざ」というベーカリーになります！

こちらは、インスタグラムでも、話題になっているお店です！
流行のお店なので、全国から沢山の人が、パンを買いに来ていました！！

お店では、食パンやカンパーニュなど、シンプルなパンが置いてあります！
沢山の種類のパンが置いてるわけではないのですが、どれも、こだわりの作り方をしていました！！

特に、食パンは、焼き加減が素晴らしく、ランチを食べたばかりなのに、お腹が空いてきた程でした！
一通りの、パンを購入しましたが、帰りの車内が、パンの良い香りで一杯になりました！！
