Yotaro’s Food Travel Report Vol.1　〜 September 2018 〜

Hello!
As I announced at the previous notice, I will distribute "Food Travel Report" from several posts and distribute it from today! !

This trip I have visited in Ishikawa Prefecture and Nagano Prefecture!
Especially, Hokuriku visited for the first time in my life! !

I often heard the taste of the Hokuriku seafood, so I was looking forward to this trip!
I will introduce the sushi shop and Izakaya in Kanazawa city, Ishikawa prefecture for the first time! !

1.Kanazawa Maimon Sushi

This shop is in the building of Kanazawa station!
Originally, it is a chain store of revolving sushi, but this is a regular sushi shop of counter type! !

Although it is a chain store, We can eat more wonderful sushi than our expected!

It was on parade of fish recommended for the day, including rosy seabass(nodoguro) and shrimp!
The potential of Hokuriku's material was very amazing! !

Crab butter requested with a dish was also a shocking taste!
The crab season is winter, so it is definitely revisited! !

And of course, I drank sake!
This time I ordered for three different drink comparison sets! !

Because Hokuriku originally has delicious water, it has a beautiful flavor!
It seems that we can drink as much as you want, it is a dangerous sake! !

2.Izakaya Yumeri

I left the sushi shop and left for the next Izakaya!

Again, I wanted to study fish, so I ordered a sashimi platter!
In particular, yellowtail and octopus were delicious! !

Also, there was Noto shiitake mushrooms, so I ordered for it too!
The combination of Shiitake mushrooms and japanese dash was very fit! !

I enjoyed a slow meal time with a different environment than a sushi shop!

前回の予告通り、今日から「Food Travel Report」を数回の投稿に分けて、配信します！！

今回の旅は、石川県と長野県に、訪問してきました！
特に、北陸は、人生で初めて、訪れました！！

北陸の魚介類の美味しさは、度々耳にしていたので、今回の旅を心待ちにしていました！
1回目の今日は、石川県金沢市の寿司屋と居酒屋を紹介します！！

１．金沢まいもん寿司

こちらのお店は、金沢駅のビル内にあります！
元々は、回転寿司のチェーン店ですが、こちらはカウンター式の、通常の寿司店になります！！

チェーン店ではありますが、予想以上の素晴らしいお寿司を食べることができます！
今回頼んだのは、お任せコースになります！！

のどぐろや海老を始めとした、その日のオススメの魚のオンパレードでした！
北陸の素材のポテンシャルは、とても凄いものがありました！！

一品料理で頼んだ、蟹味噌も、衝撃的な美味しさでしたね！
蟹の季節は、冬ですので、再訪は確実ですね！！

そして、勿論、日本酒を飲みました！
今回は、3種類の飲み比べセットを頼みました！！

北陸は、元々水が美味しいので、綺麗な風味が特徴ですね！
いくらでも飲めてしまいそうで、危険なお酒ですね！！

２．居酒屋　ゆめり

寿司屋を後にして、次に居酒屋に向かいました！

こちらでも、魚の勉強をしたかったので、刺身の盛り合わせを頼みました！
特に、鰤と蛸が、美味しかったですね！！

また、能登の椎茸もありましたので、こちらも頼みました！
椎茸と出汁の組み合わせが、とても合っていました！！

寿司屋とは、また違った環境で、ゆっくりとした食事を楽しめました！
