What do i need for making detox water?
You will need the following to make detox water:
-Water(of course!)
-Ingredients (fruit etc.)
-Bottle(i recommend Fruit Infused Water Bottles)
-Ice
Water: The most important ingredients. I like to use distilled water.
Ingredients: The ingredients should be placed in the bottom of the Fruit Infused Water Bottle. You can refill the bottle 2-3 times before it begins to lose flavor.
Bottle: You can use any type of bottle, if you can get the fruit in. I recommend to use a Fruit Infused Water bottle, it's a lot easier and a great investment for your health.
Ice: You will have to fill the bottle half through with ice, and then fill the rest of the bottle with water.
So what you need to do is pretty much the same for all the recipes.
-Drop the ingredients in the bottom of the fruit infuser bottle.
-Cover the bottle half way through and then fill up with water.
-Put in fridge for minimum 1 hour before serving.
