How To Make Spring rolls
Ingredients
- 3cups of flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2cups of water
- Half cup vegetable oil
- Fried and seasoned veggies of choice.
Procedure
Pour flour and salt in a mixing bowl, add a little water and your veggie oil.
Use either hands (this is our local method, just make sure they're washed clean) or a spatula and mix ingredients.
Add water as desired until mixture feels firm and stretchy, but not sticky.
Place dough on a flat surface and tnid (I'm not sure of this spelling, but it's basically using your hands to press the dough in order to have an even mixture).
Next, you cut the dough into smaller balls.
Roll them with a rolling pin until they're really thin.
Add small quantities of the veggie mixture and fold.
Finally, deep fry in really vegetable oil.
This serves about 25.
This is specially awesome for kitchen lazy people who love food.
