Cold coconut Cake
Hello friends I would like to share this rich recipe that I found and of easy preparation ... delicious Cold coconut cake!!
Easy to make cake, to end sweet cravings quickly ... it is made in 2 shapes, spongy and so that it is as thick or juicy and creamy, as you prefer ... Ration for 4 people (small)
Ingredients
4 servings
1 Vanilla Pudding
1 Flan without caramel
1 Coconut pudding
1 Lt Liquid milk
2 biscuit packets (of 12 cookies each), that is, 24 cookies (for Venezuela, Galleta Maria Puig)
coconut essence
grated coconut
1 can condensed milk
Steps
Cooking time 50 minutes
1 How do we prepare the cold coconut cake ?: We make each pudding separately, as follows:
Place in an aluminum container 2 cups of cold milk and the contents of the envelope of each pudding (separately) and place over medium heat, until it boils, remove and let it cool until it sets.
2 In a tray, place the excess liquid milk and begin to moisten the cookies until they are soft, to remove them, place them in a plastic tray, where the cake was at the end, placing them so that it is a flat surface.
3 Then add the vanilla pudding and make a layer on the cookies, put a very thin layer of condensed milk and do the same procedure with the cookies, put the layer of coconut pudding, add a tablespoon of coconut essence on this layer and again a layer of cookies, finally, we make the flan without caramel.
4 * Flan without Caramel *: It is made just like the puddings, only this will not immediately take a thick consistency, so just boil, remove from heat and let cool, around 10 Min.
5 We place again a layer of condensed milk on the cookies and caramel custard mixture, put in the refrigerator and leave for 30 min until all the cake is curd! ENJOY IT!
