We Indians mostly use iron and stainless steel cookwares for cooking ...Sometimes we use mud pots which are 100% natural and safer...This video was so informative. Thank u so much for sharing, A Excellent Video.. Highly Recommended.. Thank You Very Much For Sharing
You guys are more advanced than most Americans :-) as most still use non stick here.
