Chicken stew in the style of grandma
One of the most delicious chicken recipes that exist. Homemade, easy and abundant.
Ingredients
1 medium-chopped chicken in skinless prey
3 large potatoes
3 large tomatoes
Half Pepper
1 chili pepper
1 medium onion
A handful of celery leaves
Salt
Pepper
Oregano Powder
Oil
Preparation
Put tomatoes, onion, pepper, celery leaves, chili and a cup of water into a blender. Blend until you get a sauce that has chunks of vegetables.
After cleaning, decompressing the chicken and removing the skin, seal it in a medium pot with a jet of oil. Add salt, pepper and a little oregano.
When the pieces are gold on all sides add the liquefied sauce and a pinch of salt.
Wait till it boils and lowers the fire in half. Lid and let cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut into medium pieces.
When the 15 minutes have elapsed, add the potatoes and check that the salt is well.
Let cook over medium heat until potatoes are ready.
Remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
