Journée Cuisine «Cooking day»
Aujourd’hui j’en ai profité pour faire deux recettes de muffin, une au bleuet et une au framboise. Et pour le souper je vais faire des hamburgers aux œuf. Depuis quelques temps j’ai été diagnostiquer diabétique, à la suite de ce changement, la meilleure chose à faire est de cuisiner de plus en plus mes repas au lieu de prendre des plats congelés, car on y retrouve beaucoup de sodium afin de donner une saveur et de bien conserver les plats et cela n’est pas aidant dans mon cas. J’ai la chance de ne pas prendre de médication pour le moment et cette occasion je la prend en commençant à cuisiner des bons plats pour la santé et intéressant à manger. Hier je me suis fais une pizza maison sur croute mince au blé entier et humm !! et cette semaine je vais faire une salade de pâte rapide, crevette à la chinoise ainsi qu’une coquillette au thon, tomate et olive. Cela me fait plaisir de partager mon expérience culinaire car je trouve que c’est une source de motivation qui me donne le goût de persévérer. Si vous avez des idée recette santé vous pouvez me les partager, car la force du groupe a un impact positif au changement.

Today I took the opportunity to make two muffin recipes, one with blueberry and one with raspberry. And for supper I'll make egg burgers. For some time I have been diagnosed with diabetes, as a result of this change, the best thing to do is to cook more and more my meals instead of taking frozen dishes, because we find a lot of sodium to give a flavor and keep the dishes and this is not helpful in my case. I am lucky not to take medication for the moment and this opportunity I take it by starting to cook good food for health and interesting to eat. Yesterday I made a homemade pizza on thin crust with whole wheat and humm !! and this week I'm going to make a quick dough salad, a Chinese-style shrimp and a tuna, tomato and olive shell. It gives me pleasure to share my culinary experience because I find it a source of motivation that gives me the taste to persevere. If you have a healthy recipe idea you can share it with me, because the strength of the group has a positive impact on change.
