Negresco Pudding

Ingredients:
4 cups of chocolate
1 cup cocoa
1 cup of sugar
11 eggs
8 gems
2 1/2 cups unsalted margarine

Directions:
Grease with margarine and sugar a 10-inch tube pan. In a pan put the margarine and bring to the medium heat until melted add the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, chocolate, cocoa and mix well until lightly heat and homogenize, put in the greased form and take to the preheated oven in a water bath for about 40 minutes or until baking.
